The Sullivan Language Center offers you a personalized and accelerated learning program that has been designed to meet both your personal and professional needs. Our seven-level program, accredited by Emploi Quebec, is based on the conversational method and seeks to develop your oral and written abilities in business English or French. Each level consist of 21 hours and is taught in 1.5 to 2 hour sessions that may be taken mornings, lunches, or after work. The placement exam is free of charge and allows us the opportunity to evaluate the student's overall ability while also discussing the personal language objectives he or she may have. Students are then placed according to their appropriate level. With Sullivan Language Center you will find a course that has been tailor made with you and your team in mind.

The class material is always adapted to your specific needs; therefore, if you are in finance, the vocabulary will correspond with this field. The vocabulary module includes current expressions, business protocol, polite structures, field specific vocabulary, etc. This is followed by a review of the core grammar structures needed to speak both effectively and confidently. Classes also include ample conversation time as students discuss relevant topics while being corrected by the teacher.

Our qualified teachers and small class sizes (limited to 6 students) allow you to attain rapid and concrete results in a comfortable environment. The classes can be taken once or twice weekly over a period of 7 to 13 weeks. At the end of the session, each student receives an attestation detailing their results.

For those of you with more specific goals and/or time constraints, Sullivan Center offers our popular private program which is adapted to your personal objectives and schedule. This option allows for a more rapid improvement and can include modules on business writing, pronunciation, public speaking, etc. Students can gain confidence and fluency in a shorter period of time and in a more comfortable atmosphere one on one with a teacher. Courses are offered on site at your office or at home and are flexible to accommodate your changing schedule. During your placement exam, we discuss your objectives and we evaluate your abilities in the target language which then allows the class material to be adapted to ensure your success.
